Murder Me Dead

A dame in distress, a mystery to solve and the drifting sound of an out of an out of tune saxophone. Welcome to the seedy underworld of the big city. Where good battles evil, where a bullet hits its target and where the night meets theÂ…erm other part of the night!

Murder me Dead is a harrowing tale of deceit, death, danger and other d words (theyÂ’re so dramatic!). A story about this big thriving metropolis they call Perth and the unsavourary elements that prowl the night! Dullsville? Not on this shift it isnÂ’t.

Capgun Productions is proud to present Murder me Dead, a four part theatre serial which aims to send up the detective story genre, as well as sending more than a few gibes at the bustling metropolis that is Perth.

Each episode is 30 minutes (maximum) in length and will run for three days only (Thursday to Saturday). Each episode will only have a strict One week season.

Each episode can be enjoyed in isolation but those who come for the whole season (at the cheap season ticket price of $15) will be rewarded as the central mystery of Murder me Dead unwraps with more twists than a pretzel factory, more bends than a hyperbaric chamber, more layers than an Artic explorer, moreÂ…well you get the idea

Murder me Dead is a theatre experience made especially for all of you looking for a quick 30 minute hit of the theatre before going out for your nightÂ’s main event!

It is cheap, quick and devised to be very funny, in an extremely silly way.

Thats right! Four weeks with a new episode every week.
