DOUBLE BILL
The first production of 2002 will be two contrasting classic Coward one-act plays of the 1930's.
A bitter-sweet love story "Still Life" which the 1945 film "Brief Encounter" was based upon.
The story follows the lives of the travellers & staff in the refreshment room of an English railway station and covers a period of almost one-year.
The second play is the comedy "Red Peppers"
A back stage story of a sparring husband and wife song and dance act, set in a provincial variety palace.
Norman Brown, a highly experienced director & performer will direct this production. He heads a strong and talented cast of KADS regulars plus some talented newcomers.
