ADVICE PLEASE! New Move

Hello, I am currently looking into moving myself over to Brissy from Nelson, NZ. Was wondering where the best place to relocate to within brisbane would be? I'm obviously not familiar with the place but really want to be around film and theatre and music. Are there specific areas which are more 'artsy' than others? Where I can meet like minded artists and extend my creative opportunities? If anyone can be of any help it woudl be greatly appreciated.
