Ushering jobs- paid or volunteer

Hi everyone, im a 18 year old female looking for any kind of work in ushering for any entertainment areas. Id prefer paid although i would love to do volunteering just for the experience! Im a friendly person and dedicated to getting a job done. If any one has any suggestions that could help me out that would be great.
