Teen Musical Theatre

Hey, I'm fifteen and I really want to get into the Musical Theaqtre business when I graduate, So I decided to go out there and get some out-of-school experience But I have NO IDEA where to start. ANYTHING WOULD BE GREAT! I'm 15, have an all-rounded "belter" singing voice (good soprano) am about 5'10" or 175cm, have blonde hair and thats all I can really think of. If anyone has any help to a theatre company or anything I could do, it would be really appreaciated.
