Black box??

Does anyone have any information on Black Box?? I am considering joining and am unsure of if it is a good idea. All comments are welcome, good and bad, as I am unsure if it is a good idea.. I have been involved in things like this before and some have been a scam. I have had a look at the site and it all seems to be too good to be true. Is the $150 worth it? Is there steady work? Are there any other hidden costs involved? etc.. Please advise. Thanks to all, in advance.
