pearl thatre initiative is a body and theatre group comprising of qualified professionals from the university in Uganda. the main objective is to target the youth in the country sides of nation and try to disseminate a culture of tolerance and productivity in them. 1. the initiative is out to preserve and promote culture and indegenous knowledge through research and documentation. 2. promote alternative development health educational communication strategy. 3. the initiative is designed to motivate the youth to engage in socio-cultural and economic activities to bring transformation to their communities. we also strive and making workshopss, clinics that are educative and engage in healthy dialogue and work that will expose their pontential and dependance. we also motivate the youth to the spirit of free will and volunteerism. therefore, the only threat to this initiative that has a non-governmental basis is the lack of sufficient funding and equipment used in communication that seems expensive, otherwise if this threat is not adressed soon enough the initiative will run out relevance and yet the hope to bring transformation using theatre to rural societies will be dead. its now that i seek for any support that can be rendere in form either material or non material support that can liven the dream of these young people to have a better future to be of service,. the initiative runs on a voluntary basis and so any one interested can join, also any advise to be rendered will be appreciated. to say also there will be a copy of the project overview and proposal soon on this site and at WWW.REDROOM.COM /luismaze FOR ANY INQUIRIES, DONT HESISTATE TO CONTACT US AT ; pearltheatreinitiative@gmail.com or call +256715020129 and +2560777507038. terms and conditions apply. we are also operating in Uganda, located in Kampala- makerere University.
