Short Plays Wanted

Festival Information Submission of plays must be recieved on Wednesday, January 16th. Festival Information Turtle Shell Productions kicks off their sixth annual 8 Minute Madness Playwright Festival, running from February 25th - March 14th. We are looking for two categories of short original works, including 10 minute musicals: A. Short plays to be performed by adult actors. (This may include a child actor) B. Short plays performed by youth (age 9-17) as part of a separate presentation on an alternate night. We have received many exciting inquiries by both talent and literary agents interested in being part of this year's event. The recipient of the “Best Playwright” award will receive the 8 Minute Madness Playwright Festival Trophy and will be known for eternity as the 8 Minute Madness award-winning playwright.
