I need Help

I am hoping someone can direct me to a workshop(s) that will teach me the basics of acting for screen. I am new to Brisbane and don't really know where to start. I have acted in my own short films etc and feel passionate about gaining more experience in this area. I am a novice with passion and an eagerness to learn the craft with the foresight of entering a fulltime course (when I can afford it). Can someone help me? It would be most appreciated.
