Post Show Blues

So i've hit the post show blues. The lack of a way to pass the weeks... No rehearsals, no talk of the up and coming performance dates. No pressures. Nothing. Just emptiness and me. Still I suppose we need to be empty so that we can be filled. The potential of no longer being empty and perhaps it is this that propels me further on into the future. Maybe what post show blues really is, is the shedding of a skin, the emptying of the jug. I think I need to go down to the sea to cleanse. "Shrew" went down tremendously well and I am extrememly pleased with the reviews and the way it all turned out. In fact i couldn't be more pleased with how it all ran, I can only hope that all my future productions will run as smoothly and with as much support as Shrew did. I now have "Life of Galileo" with WAYTCo to look forward to and I do look forward to it. As I said to someone the other day Epic Theatre really is my Brecht and butter... lol... Well, I found it funny but then again I would... Until next time, GB
