As struggling to get employed, the cruel reality as “Jobless” wears Yuki out day by day. In her only place, a renting apartment, Yuki bears full of chaotic dramas with her butch house owner ALEX and a giant African Josh over financial and cultural issues. A sudden visitor BARBARA and a CHICKEN trigger another drama at the POTATO dinner table. Barbara leaves a “Happy life tip” to them and falls down the long apartment stairs to death. In front of the real death, Yuki, Alex and Josh are frightened and see the real meaning of Barbara’s message. At the very end, Yuki and Alex suddenly realize they’ve been in love subconsciously. Yuki tries too hard to adjust to an Australian culture and hates her trademark as a “Super polite Japanesy.” Australian Female/ 20-30 years old/ Butch looking, strong build ALEX (25), Sub-leading Role: Alex completely hides her vulnerability and shyness in her from everybody. She’s also control freak and dominant. If things go wrong, she goes hysteric and violent. Alex loves animals the most since they’re so obedient and brings home stray animals all the time. She is extremely sensitive about chauvinistic comments. Black Male/ 35-50 years old/ Jumbo build JOSH (45), Sub- leading Role; Contrary to his strong look with jumbo build, he has a gentle and soft nature. He also hides his dark past in himself. He is a typical traditional man who dreams about being a manly man so obviously clashes with Alex. He just wishes more peaceful days without any fighting at home. German Female/ 50-75years BARBARAQ (75), Supporting Role: She is a “Stray Cat-like Woman.” Her habit is licking her palms and tidying her hair with them like a cat. She is a homeless and wonders everywhere she wants. Her greediness is incredible and she goes crazy in front of any food. She’s got wisdom for happy life and leaves it to this chaotic house. Male/ 30-50 years/ Hairy body JUSTIN (40), Supporting Role: He’s Yuki’s neighbor downstairs in the apartment. He openly tries so hard to take advantage of Yuki. Regardless of her anger, he continuously invites her to his apartment. His sleaziness is so extreme
