Bump-in, Sound and Prompt copies

Well, the rehearsal process has flown by. We lost our director, an actor quit and still we are running ahead of time. Now, al we have to do it bump-in our monster set and all will be ready for opening in 11 days. I only hope that I can find a bump-in crew in time because frankly, I don't have the strength to lift the set into the theatre. I am loving my time in the rehearsal room and am learning a lot about prompt copies, co directing, set design, floor plans, mark-up and ASM's. Thankfully, I am working with a wonderful team so while I learn they teach and vice versa occasionally. I will be operating sound for the production, which is the thing I am most worried about. Hopefully it won't be too hard... Anyway, just thought I would post an update Cheers, SM Johns
