Writing my first musical

Hi I have just signed up to this web site as I am writing a rock musical. At this stage I am looking for some advice on what to do next. My concept is at an early stage, with the synopsis and musical treatment established. Now I need help to write the text (spoken dialogue and stage directions, etc.) before approaching a production company. I live in Sydney so would like to find a collaborator who shares my vision and can work with me to (hopefully) bring the musical to the stage. Any ideas/suggestions will be appreciated! Many thanks.
