WAAPA, NIDA... would love to get inside opinions!

Hi everyone, I'm looking at auditioning for tertiary education in musical theatre or maybe just acting... could anyone tell me a bit about it? What sort of things do you do? And how hard is it to get in, do they take people who are already as amazing as Lucy Durack or are they more looking for potential? And with WAAPA, I understand you're supposed to have some sort of post-school experience... is that right? Do you recommend a gap year? Sorry about the 20 questions, and thanks in advance to anyone who answers! Caitlin x
