This came to my email Good Morning Sirs, we write you regarding your interest to collaborate with International festival of theatre production “Fantasio Piccoli Award”. (oggetto: Teatro Italian) It is a competition created for theatre directors, both professionist and amatorial. The Festival is at the XI edition, and it is presented in 8 Italian cities (Trento, Brescia, Padova, Genova, Roma, Dovadola-Forlì, Lanciano, Palermo) and two foreign cities (Vienna and Lipsia), plus more cities to be definited. The proposal is very innovative: the organization of the Festival propose a theatral opera. Every producer can freely perform the play that have to be no more than 18 minutes time length. The organization select 18 producers for each territorial-festival that will take part in the cities listed above. They will face each other and a jury will nominate the winner. The winner of each territorial-festival will face the other winners at the International festival of theatre production of Trento, that will decretate the final winner. The organization of the festival is looking for new collaborators interested to organize a territorial festival in their city. The goal is not just to organize an interesting competition, but also to create a nice theatre event and creating an important point of contact between different artistic cultures.
