Contact top Casting Directors

I am very new to this field of acting. I am 14 years old and want to be an actor. I have an agent but so far not very active! How do I find acting parts without waiting for my agent? My dream is to be on Neighbours. Can I just send my CV and photos directly to Jan Russ at Neighbours and tell her I want to be in the cast? Please tell me how, its all very confusing. thanks.
