Come to Your Senses presents 2 Day Workshop Sat 19th & Sun 20th January 10:00am- 5:00pm The Bank Gallery 2 Old Great Northern Hwy, Midland Cost: $240pp A two day "Action Theatre" Intensive Workshop open to all ages (9-99) where we explore pure physical theatre. This process frees us from habitual perceptions and behaviours. We raise our awareness of our moment to moment thoughts, sensations, emotions, feelings and fantasies in addition to the outer world we inhabit. When we put our mind into action we can observe its ways, examine who we are and how we operate. Don't worry - you do get time to catch your breath! BYO Lunch, Tea & Coffee provided.
