After school...

Am wondering where to go, what to do and how to go about doing things after school. I am becoming a more experienced and highly rated singer (slowly but steadily) and I want to continue work in Musical Theatre after school finishes. Does anyone here have tips or ideas as to how I can continue this lifestyle and ensure that I will be able to find work?
