Student work experience

HI I was wondering if anyone could gove me some information about getting work experience for my 16yr old daughter within a theatre group, we have recently relocated from Ireland and i have no idea where to begin. She has experience in small drama companies in Ireland and of being on stage and the technical areas. She has received one on one coaching from Saoirse Ronan for a tv programmed "OMG Jedwards Dream Factory" and would like to persue a career in drama.
