Male lead required for Xanadu the Musical - playing in April at Chatswood Zenith Theatre

Young male tenor required for Lead role (Sonny) in Xanadu the Musical. Presented by Mosman Musical Society, playing in April at Zenith Theatre Chatswood. Role requires strong tenor vocal, comedy acting, baisc dancing & some rollerskating! This role has several featured songs and significant dialogue. Rehearsals will be through Feb, March with production from April 20 - 28. Xanadu the Musical is based on the 1980 movie of the same name starring Olivia Newton-John and Gene Kelly. The broadway musical was a surprise hit, playing for over 500 performances and nominated for several theatre awards. The show is a musical comedy and pokes fun at the movie, and musicals!
