LOOKING FOR ACTING WORK VERY FLEXIBLE

Hi I am looking for an acting job, I have no agent, I have no experience, I have no training and I am 14. Any suggestions as to what agency I should join and where I could get a job Thanks! :) Also I have applied to Black Box Management but I am unsure if they are credible or not (sorry to open that can of worms guys) Thanks!
