HELP!!! HOW DO START A MUSICAL THEATRE PRODUCTION COMPANY!

Hi all, I would like to start a musical theatre production company, but have no idea on how to do it... I have already chosen the musical productions I would like to do but I dont know where to start!! I have dedicated my life to musicals and this has been my dream for as long as I can remember!! can anyone help please? Cheers, S.A
