Play 'Plumber's Delight' 30 mins. KADs 26th/27th Aug. Fri 2nd/Sat3rd. Require interest from Director plus 4 actor. Play first staged in July 2010 at Camelot Theatre Mosman Park. "A Love story caught in the U bend of life" Comedy/farce. cast Carol 30ish. good looking but plain dresser. Tim. 30ish Carol's husband ordinary looking. tubby. Brian 30ish. A real plumber and handsome. Shirley 30ish Sex Therapist. very good looking and well dressed. SYNOPSIS: Carol and Tim are married but Tim has lost his libido after an earlier road accident when he sustained a head injury. They have employed a sex therapist ,Shirley, in desperation, who encourages them to experiment on various sexual scenarios.The present one being Tim pretends to be a plumber and Carol seduces him when he comes to fix the kitchen sink. It is not fruitful. However, a real plumber,Brian ,turns up who Carol invites in as if the sink did need fixing and he turns her on.This causes mayhem and conflict and Shirley is called in to help. The result is Tim and Brian have a bit of a set to and Tim knocks Brian out with a saucepan. Tim has been concerned with his wife being influenced by the real plumber and Shirley finds that he has recovered his libido and the two are sent to the bedroom to see what develops, while Brian is still knocked out. Shirley settles and explains everything when Brian comes around as it was she who sent Brian on a a quest to stir up Tim. Finally she goes off with Brian herself for a night's activity.
