Acting Groups

Hey, I was just wondering if there are any acting groups out there, that just get together and practise their skills and or do improv comdey. Or I shall propose another thought, would any one be interested in trying to start one up, that is in melbourne? Becuase in the end, acting involves a lot of money and some of us just don't have these expenses but we still want to act, right? cheers.
