Ellandar Productions 2010 Review:
Ellandar Productions sees the end of December and the year of 2010 a successful launch of our theatrical mission statement to contribute to the small but important fringe theatre community of Western Australia and develop works in non-mainstream theatre and independent film.
Since its initial inception nearly nine months ago, the theatrical work "A Night Of Deceit" developed and grew into a versatile and original piece of fringe theatre that opened to a full house on the 15th December 2010 and closed to a full house on the 18th and was well received by peers, reviewers and the general public. This was the first milestone for Ellandar Productions and we are proud of the hard-working cast and crew that collectively made this professional and financial success a possibility! The work has lead to some interesting developments for our cast and creative partners. A massive thank-you from the cast in particular to our friends and colleagues that gave us such warm responses.

Left to Right: Ruby Hall, Iskandar R. Sharazuddin, Asha Cluer, Timothy How, Shiloh Blondel, Elliott Cook, Jake Jensen & Jo Causer
Many thanks also to Jarrad Brown of Patersons Australian Stockbrokers the organiser for our first corporate contract "Convicts For A Cause" which was a great opportunity to contribute to the highly successful charitable event and associate ourselves with such worthy organisations such as MS Society of WA and Cystic Fibrosis Western Australia.
Ellandar Productions looks back on our work for 2010 proudly and we are ready to use this work as a good platform to launch our company into a successful 2011. We start by entering pre-production for our first independent film project "The Life Of Cardboard" with conceptual design by, Luke Brennan and written by Luke Brennan and Iskandar R. Sharazuddin. The project features three commercial short films focusing on how benign elements of our life can be manipulated into beautiful constructs but when put on display their fragility in our modern world is quite clearly highlighted. Stay tuned with our website at www.ellandarproductions.com.au and our blog at www.ellandarproductions.wordpress.com for more information in the coming months.
We also have some announcements for early 2011 which will be released both here and on the websites listed above concerning our planned season next year! Please keep checking back and feel free to contact us on admin@ellandarproductions.com.au.
Kind Regards,
Iskandar R. Sharazuddin
