Advice Needed for future migrant

Hello! I'm Noora, from Singapore. I'm currently freelancing for various positions in various theatre venues and companies. I'm a casual technical crew in Esplanade, University Cultural Centre and also Lasalle College for the Arts. I also do the production areas - ASM, set assistant, wardrobe. I did light and sound operating as well. I'll be co-ordinating a few events for the Singapore Arts Festival 2011 and hopefully gain more experience from this. I'm looking into migrating to Australia in a few years time and hopefully to gain more experience in theatre as Singapore arts scene can never be as strong. I understand that it's not easy to migrate without a diploma (I withdrew from Lasalle College of the Arts - Technical Theatre Programme) but I'm hoping to get some advice here. The highest qualification I have is my 6 credits of GCE O levels with distinctions in Mathematics and Combined Science (Physics/Chemistry). I enjoy working as a technical crew in the theatre venues as well as working in the production area - whichever area that is in demand. I believe that I will never stop learning new things when I'm in this industry and that's what I simply love about it. Looking forward for all your advice!! Sincerely, Noora
