waapa audition

To anyone who has auditioned for waapa (both acting and musical theatre): I've heard that instead of asking direct questions (ie what do you think about the playwright) they are more subtle in their approach. So, as apposed to asking questions, the panel make a statement and you need to almost 'join' their conversation? Is this true? Any advise regarding the auditions would be appreciated. Amy
