Good evening… or afternoon… or morning… it doesn’t matter. Good (INSERT TIME OF DAY HERE), Excellent. Now… I need a little advice… I have a script for a very clever and darkly amusing play that a friend of mine has completed. “that’s great, so what?” I hear you asking. So what? So what?! So what indeed. So what now? I’ve been in numerous shows and plays over the years but when it comes to putting on my own I have no idea where to start or how to get it off the ground. Theatre rental costs? Rehearsal spaces? Auditions? All things I have no idea about. I also have no ideas about Bee Keeping or Avocados. But that’s not important right now. So my question to you, the reader, is where the bloody hell do I begin? How does Joe Nobody, who has a great script, get the aforementioned script to the stage? Help me Hughesy!
