Agents?

Hi, just wondering; what's the best Agency, because I'm hoping to find an agent. I'm looking to start a singing carrer;and possibly acting but I would also love to do advertisements and modelling... And would they cost a lot of money, like, is there a joining fee at all? Thanks for your time xx
