Two NEW Australian Plays written by Christopher Sellers that will launch Sydney's newest performing arts space, Springboards Performing Arts. Coffee – How do you take yours? The frank and funny confessions of a barista, this one-man show introduces you to the man behind the machine. Its humor is as black as a ristretto, light as the froth on a cappuccino, and strong as a double-shot latte. Time – How do you spend yours? This quirky comedy asks Samantha, a busy and successful publicist, to give an account of her life choices to an uninvited guest. She finds out what she values most when time is of the essence.
