Seeking couple weeks accommodation

Hi there I'm the Perth cousin of a 25yo Sydney guy who's arriving on 27/1 to study at WAPA. I dont have a couch for him to camp on so am seeking couple of weeks 'spare room' accommodation for him until he settles a bit & knows where he wants to live permanently. Any help or ideas would be great. Thanks Michele
