An original mediaeval comedy with a few original songs. Cast of twenty required - twelve men and eight females for a comical romp from the gates of Camelittle to the Welsh border.
The twelve knights of the coffee table go on a quest to find the newcomer Sir a characteristic so that he can enjoy a full name like theirs. Along the way they stumble apon the castle wherein are secluded the Sisters of Celibacy - who are punishing themselves for their former indiscretions with Sir Leopold the Ladies Man. Will their good resolutions crumble when faced with Leopold and his companions?...........of course they will! Hilarious bedchamber antics wil be just one of the high points of this fun production. If you have a flair for comic timing this could be your opportunity to shine in a World Premiere!
This is really a musical play that requires good acting, more so than a musical that requires hordes of excellent vocalists. Assorted accents along the lines of Blackadder/Monty Python are required.
