BROADWAY BOUND
Written by NEIL SIMON
Directed by Bryan Thomas
With BROADWAY BOUND Neil Simon completes the semi-autobiographical trilogy that began with BRIGHTON BEACH MEMOIRS and continued with BILOXI BLUES. Set in 1949, it deals with the disintegration of the Jerome family. A pivotal period in Eugene/Neil's life as he launches a comedy writing career enabling him and his brother Stanley to finally leave home.
BROADWAY BOUND won acclaim from the critics who had dismissed him as a writer of one -liners. All are good roles, each having their moment in the spotlight.
