AUDITIONS - The Visitor (One-Act) Molly Roberts - A high-powered businesswoman working for an advertising company. Easily stressed and prone to rambling. Has to be able to act as a convincing drunk whilst maintaining characterisation. Mid 30s. Daniel Jones - Assistant Director of the advertising company. Calm and collected but sarcastic when under stress. Seeing Molly outside of office hours. Mid 30s. Billy Henderson - Account worker of the advertising company. Over the top personality, big fashion sense. Can be seen as gay but not "camp". Early to mid 20s. Violet - The new intern. Curious and eager to learn with a penchant for betting. Early 20s. Can be played by a younger actor but needs maturity. Harry Marks - CEO of the advertising company. Stiff and professional. Good sense of humour. Late 30s to early 40s. Laura Roberts - Molly's mother and interfering expert. Determined to marry her daughter off to the most eligible batchelor. Fashionable and very posh. Early 50s. There are no physical requirements for any role but must all look pulled together - they work in an office setting, after all. Laura has a great love for fashion, so tight appearance is looked fondly upon. Chemistry between actors is a must. Auditions will be held at 10am on August 4 at Garrick - 10 Meadow Street, Guildford.
