Rottnest After Dark

Scooplight Theatre is calling for experienced actors of all ages to audition for the 2013 season of Rottnest After Dark – a roving outdoor theatre production performed on Rottnest Island. Successful actors will also be given the opportunity to participate in the Rottnest Open House program held during the day on the same weekends as the performances.

These productions were both launched in a highly successful, sell-out season in 2012. We are delighted to announce that these shows have been shortlisted as finalists in the 2013 WA Heritage Awards in the category of "Outstanding Interpretation Project".

The performances are scheduled to take place on the following dates: Thursday 27 (preview) Friday 28 & Saturday 29 June Friday 26 & Saturday 27 July.

All actors will be paid for the performances + 1 daytime rehearsal on the island. Accommodation and return ferry travel for the performances and site rehearsal are all covered under the production budget and also an allowance for food and parking (at the ferry terminal) will be provided.

Auditions for Rottnest After Dark will be held at the following times and places:

SUNDAY 21ST APRIL 1-4pm Blue Room Theatre

TUESDAY 23rd APRIL 6-8pm Mt Lawley Bowling Club
