Rehearsals will commence 1st July 2012. CHARACTERS EMILY RAYNOR A formidable woman in her late 50’s/early 60’s. She is the mother of Martin Raynor and defends him voraciously. DR GLANVILLE A spare man of about 60. A confirmed drinker, never drunk but entirely sober. Close friend of the family. KATE A middle aged maid from the old school, loyalty is her strength. SALLY RAYNOR Late 20’s, very attractive. She is the wife of Martin Raynor who has been missing for 2 years and she has started a relationship with Dr Harper. DR JOHN HARPER About 30 of pleasant manner. Has strong feelings for Sally which perturbs Dr Glanville and defends her fiercely. MARTIN RAYNOR Slight, of lithe build. Appears deceptively of good health but inside is erratic, nervous and at times a measure of violence. THIS PLAY REQUIRES TIGHT ACTING AND IS A WONDERFUL CHANCE FOR AN ACTOR TO GET HIS OR HER TEETH INTO THE CHARACTER. This is a community Theatre Production
