The Big Bad Wolf (Boo!) has finally been captured and taken to court to confess to his crimes. Sweet Little Red Riding Hood and three nervous Piggies testify while a jury of wondrous and magical characters attempt to sort out fact from fiction. The Usher tries to keep order in this chaotic world, the Lawyer fights for his strange clients and the Judge is easily distracted. Fairyland goes to Court in this new pantomime written for Manly Musical Society.
This show is loosely structured around Gilbert and Sullivan's "Trial by Jury" and shamelessly plunders from all the G & S repertoire to create a new and original work.
Every person in the show will be a character, be it the Big Bad Wolf or Cinderella or even Captain Hook.
Fans of Gilbert and Sullivan, Shrek and pantomimes in general will love this show.
Rehearsal period will be short and sweet, only 8 weeks (October/November).
Come and join the fun!
