Uproar In The House

Auditions will be at the Weld Theatre cnr Queens & Adelaide Streets on 17 January 2011 at 7:30pm. The day after the last performance of the pantomime. Please be on time as there is a lot to get through. The show is the comedy "Uproar In The House" by Anthony Marriott and Alistair Foot. All parts in the cast are for adults. Cast consists of: A handyman - any age: Female Secretary - 20's and fussy: Female Junior Clerk - looks teenaged and clumsy: Actress - late 20's and intelligent (or can act it): Old-style businessman - elderly and active and dictatorial: Male Manager - 30's and stylish bachelor: Aristocratic Male - mature age and smooth, mild, detached: His wife - 30's/40's and elegant but diffident: Male lawyer - 40's and naive: Male businessman - 40's and confident: His wife - 30's and mournful (small part): Attractive woman - 30's (small part): There may be a bit of latitude in the above ages. Let's hope we get a good turn out for the auditions.
