C.L.A. is a one-act play in a Johnny Grim trilogy entitled The Beat Goes On. This act is a really funny commentary on policing in the future and how criminals are gaining more and more ludicrous rights. It is very London, very character-driven, very very funny.
An actor has had to pull out of the part of one of the police officers.
Is there anyone out there, male or female, who fits the following criteria:
- Young, i.e. under 35
- Capable of doing a strong English accent
- Fantastic comedic timing
- Available for the following rehearsals and performances...
All rehearsals are at the Midland Junction Arts Centre (C.L.A. will begin by rehearsing Saturday afternoons and then crank this up to Monday or Tuesday evenings also).
The first cast get-together is Saturday 11th September at 3pm.

November 18 19 20 at Camelot Theatre (Mosman Park) 8pm
November 21 at Camelot Theatre (Mosman Park) 2pm
November 26 27 at Don Russell Performing Arts Centre (Thornlie) 8pm
December 2 3 4 at Midland Junction Arts Centre (Midland) 8pm
