One Act Play - Angel's Children

Angel’s Children One Act Play Co-Directed by Christine Ellis and Celeste Underhill Reading Saturday 29 May 2010 4pm-5pm Auditions Saturday 5 June 2010 1.30pm – 4.30pm All held at Stirling Theatre Morris Place Innaloo WA A group of street kids live in an old factory being looked after by an alcoholic tramp; what happens when the media gets involved? Life will never be the same again for these kids who once had a family, and now have nothing! Angel: Adult male, aged 20-40 years, rough and tough. No heart of gold! Chanel: Adult female, aged 20-40 years, TV presenter, big personality, little heart. Teenagers: 7 x male and female actors between 15- 28 who look like teenagers The audition will consist of reading some scenes, improve exercises and some ritualistic movement. This show will be performed as a Stirling Players submission in the Mandurah Dramafest on the last Saturday of July, and possibly the ITA Dramafest in the last week of September.
