Female Actor/Singer 45-55 age range

This one woman play, with songs is about Maggie, a middle-aged woman who is returning to her childhood home to "go through" her recently deceased widowed-mother's estate. Edna lived there for half a century. Longer. The house is full of "things". Maggie's memories flood back. There are long forgotten photos, toys, newspapers and knick-knacks. Edna was a hoarder. Who gets what? What do you keep? What will Maggie discover? There's laughter, there's tears, but I think audiences will agree, a most compelling piece which will leave you totally satisfied. AUDTION DETAILS Requirements - Age range: 45-55 Strong acting and singing and the ability to carry the whole show alone. There is alot of dialogue to memorise as well as musical numbers to carry. So it will require someone with plenty of stamina, confidence and who is passionate enough about their craft to work hard to get it right. Must also be comfortable at taking direction.
