Auditions for A CHRISTMAS CAROL

Audition date: Sunday 4th October - 1pm to 5pm @ 25 Quarry St, Spring Hill. Call backs that evening A Christmas Carol running 19 Nov to 5 Dec will be a lot of good fun. A cast of 9, each role, with the exception of Scrooge, takes on multiple characters and you will need to be able to sing. It is not a musical, it’s ‘a play with many scenes and several songs’. Characters are everything from singing clerks, businessmen, ghosts and ghouls, clocks and bells, a member of the Cratchit family to one of the Fezziwig family and other various characters!! Rehearsal Times: Mon, Tues, Wed nights and Sunday afternoons Audition requirements: Actors should prepare 2 one minute contrasting monologues, comic and dramatic Sing first verse of one of the following Christmas Carols: Once in Royal David City; Ding Dong Merrily on High; I saw three ships go sailing by; God rest ye Merry Gentlemen There will be cold reads if you are required for a call-back.
