LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS

"Little Shop of Horrors" is a comical musical set firmly in the horror/sci fi genre. It is a fun and funky take on a story of a man-eating plant and his boy! You may be more familiar with it as a movie, which starred Rick Morans and Steve Martin. Roles available are - Seymour Krelborn - the 'hero' of the piece Audrey - the girl he wants Mr Mushnik - Florist, and Seymour's employer Orin - a dentist Audrey II puppeteer - the inside of the plant (Note: If you want this role and can sing, we can use you in other places too) Audrey II voice - the voice of the plant Ronelle, Chiffon and Crystal - three girls who act as a Greek chorus or narrators (with some amazing songs to sing!) Plus 3 members of a chorus, male or female, who play a variety of roles. You do not need to book a time, simply turn up sometime between 10am and 3pm for your audition. Call backs may be necessary and these will start from 3.30 on the same day. Please bring sheet music or backing track. Do not sing unaccompanied, and please sing a song in the style of the musical to show off your voice. You will be asked to sing, read from the script and move.
