AUDITIONS FOR:- "MAKING MONEY" An Australian Premiere of the sequel to "Going Postal". It’s an offer you can’t refuse. Who would not wish to be the man in charge of ‘The Ankh-Morpork Royal Mint ? It’s a job for life. But, as former con man Moist Von Lipwig is learning, life is not necessarily for long. WRITTEN BY: Terry Pratchett, Adapted by Stephen Briggs DIRECTED BY: Pamela Munt AUDITIONS : Sunday December 7th at 3pm WHERE: Bakehouse Theatre, 255 Angas Street, Adelaide ROLES REQUIRED: Males and females all ages above 18 years PERFORMANCE DATES: April 10 to 25 (Wed to Sat) at 8pm WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: (please read carefully) Auditions will be held in groups, with a cold reading from excerpts of the script. No individual appointments will be made, but please register your intention to audition with pamela on pamela@unseen.com.au ASAP - just so that we know how many numbers to expect. It is not necessary to prepare an audition piece. It would be helpful, just for your own information if you had read either this book or another Terry Pratchett publication. Unseen Theatre Company is an amateur theatre company. We have lots of fun, but we do work to professional standards and will expect your full committment to the rehearsal process, and of course the performance dates. We usually rehearse over a 10 week period of 3 nights per week - Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. We usually employ a wide range of actors who range in their experience levels from "very experienced " to "newcomers". We do not employ anyone under the age of 18 We are auditioning earlier than usual for this play because we will have a split rehearsal period, starting on Dec 14 with a few rehearsals, then break for both Christmas and Jan, before resuming rehearsals on Feb 1st.
