With a totally Egyptian Theme, the play TUTANKHAMUN is geared up for the 13 yr to 20 ish age group. The mystery that surrounded the death of the famous Boy King created enormous interest all over the world with Egyptology becoming a fascinating subject.
Synopsis:
Two innocent tourists, JACKSON and CARTER find themselves instrumental in raising from the dead, TUTANKHAMUN the Boy King, along with his wife, ANKHSENAMUN, his Chief Advisor AY and the principle players of the Egyptian court.
Since their afterlife in the Halls of the Dead erases earthly memories, Pharaoh was unaware that mystery and intrigue surrounded his death. He travels back to the Hall of Judgment in an attempt to unravel the truth about his tragic ending.
Tutankhamun brings into play some of the key historical figures in his life and also includes Egyptian Gods such as ISIS, OSIRIS, HORUS, SETH and ANUBIS.
Along with a full supporting chorus of The Peoples of Egypt’ - TUTANKHAMUN is NEW and innovative musical play offering scope for Actors, Singers and Dancers. Included are 14 musical numbers offering diverse genre's of music.
