2008 Melbourne Fringe Festival - Shattered Reflection

Shattered Reflection focuses on drug addiction and mental illness in the corporate sector. This script is not focusing on street kids or adults. This is a topical play discussing the connection between drug addiction and mental illness.

We are seeking actors who are able to portray the following characters:

Amy – between 38 and 45 years of age

Oscar – between 22 to 26 years of age

Ben / Shane – between 20 and 25 years of age

Shattered Reflection will be produced at the Guild Theatre, University of Melbourne from Wednesday 24th to Sunday 28th September, 2008. All shows at 8PM, except the Sunday performance, which is at 2PM.

Auditions will take place on Tuesday 1st July and Thursday 3rd July starting from 7:30PM on each night.

This is a powerful and highly emotive script with only four actors. The acting team must be strong, dedicated and committed. This script contains some nudity, occasional coarse language, drug references and some violence.
