Mother Goose

Mother Goose will be staged at Pinjarra Civic Centre over the last three weekends in Novemebr. This will be a hilarious, fun-filled family pantomime, with many good roles up for grabs. Auditions 7-30pm Monday August 4th 8pm shows November 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29 2pm Matinee 23 Nov One day Mother Goose and her poor but friendly family become very rich, thanks to a magic goose named Candy. But despite now being wealthy, Mother Goose is old and ugly, and would give anything to be young and beautiful again. Vanity, the bad fairy, makes a secret pact with Mother Goose that if she gives her Candy, then she will turn Mother Goose’s ugliness into beauty. And as with all pantomimes, things somehow go horribly wrong! So Mother Goose's silly son Billy, with the help of his sister Jill, her fiancee Jack, and Virtue, the beautiful Fairy Queen, set out to get Candy the magic goose back and put things right, so that everyone may live happily ever after.
