The Cemetery Club By Ivan Menchell Directed by Bernadette Wheatley Audition Dates: Sunday April 27th from 1pm Monday April 28th from 7:30 pm Season July 3rd to July 19th Roles: Ida: She is coming to terms with the loss of her husband and is ready to engage in new relationships. Lucille: Humourous larger than life character. Outwardly confident and brash yet underneath she experiences uncertainty. Doris: She is set in her ways and refuses to live a life that does not somehow involve her deceased husband. Sam: A widower and butcher. He becomes the catalyst for change in the three women’s lives when he appears on the scene. Mildred: She appears in one scene and takes great delight in being Sam’s date much to the surprise of three women. Setting: Mid Autumn in New York, present time New York Jewish accents are essential All ages mid forties to sixties Open auditions.
