Written by Australia's only Nobel Prize winning literary author The Season at Sarsaparilla is arguably White's most important and accessible play. It offers searingly sympathetic insight into the plight of suburbanites in the 1960s. A beautifully crafted piece, it offers exciting challenges for any actor and the opportunity to work with a director who has many years of experience in professional theatre across Australia

We require 7 men, 5 women and 2 girls of around 12 years of age.
The play is about Australian suburban life in the 1960s. All characters are Australian, of middle or working class origin and should sound it.
Your AUDITION PIECE should be memorised, of about 3 minutes in length and should be Australian.
