HOTEL SORRENTO

Home is where the heart is - or is it? When family members come together after years apart, many questions remain unanswered but private opinions are held. So whose truth is the real truth? "Hotel Sorrento" by Hannie Rayson is a warm and involving Australian drama that intrigues its audience to the end. It has had acclaim both on stage and as a successful movie. Now Spectrum are delighted to present it locally, with direction by John Stewart. Performances are planned for 20,21,22,25,27,28 June 2008 With a cast of 8 (4 females & 4 males) of varied age groups over 3 generations, "Hotel Sorrento" will be a challenging and rewarding experience for all involved. A reading of Act 1 will be held on Wednesday 27 Feb starting at 7.15 for 7.30pm at Twyford Hall. Come along, hear the script and put your name down as a potential cast or crew member. Casting dates: Mon 3 and Wed 5 March at Twyford Hall. Cast members and most crew members must be available for performance dates. Rehearsals will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings in Merimbula starting in March.
